Deep Cleansing Tea:
Helps remove toxins, promotes clear skin and helps keep joints supple:
Make 5 days supply:
1)3/4 oz (20g) dried blackcurrant, leaves, chopped
2) 3/4 oz( 20g)dried red clover flowers, chopped
20g: dried celery seeds:chopped
20g: dried nettle leaves: chopped
20g: dried dandalion leaves: chopped.
1.combine all the ingredients in a bowl , transfer to a sealed container, label, date and store in a cupboard away from direct light
2. To make the tea, put 20g of the dried leaves and 2 and 1/2 cups water in a saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil. lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from the heat, leave to infuse for 10 minutes, and the day. to make a single drink, take 1 heaped teaspoon of dried herbs, or fill an infuser ball with the herb, cover with 1 cup boiling water let stand for 10 minutes, strain and drink:

Has an uplifting effect and helps combat fatigue:
Serves 2
1 tspdried , St johns worth, chopped
1tsp dried skullcap, chopped
1tsp dried silk tree flowers, choppe:
1. Place the dried herbs in a teapot and cover with 2 cups boiling water. leave to infuse for 15 minutes, the strain and drink

Deep Sleep Tea:
Helps promote peaceful sleep and relaxes the heart:
Serves 2:
15g: dried valerian root, chopped
25g dried hewthorn flowers, chopped.
30 g, dried passion flower leaf, chopped
30g; dried schisandra berries, chopped.
10g: dried chamomile flowers, chopped:
1, grind the valerian root briefly in a coffee grinder or blender if it is toothick to chop easily by hand.
2. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl, transfer to a dark container, metal tea caddy, or a cookie can, and label and date.
3. Place 290g of dried herbs in sa small saucepan with a lid, cover with 2 cups water, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, leave to infuse for 10 minutrs, strain and serve.
4. to make an occassional drink, place a heaped teaspoon of the driend herbs, or infuse ball filled with the herbal blend, in a mug. Cover with 1 cup boiling water, let stand for 10 minutes, and strain, Add a tablesppon of cherry syrup, if you prefer, because it is also an aeefctive sleep: stir well and drink.

Maryflors Mixed Berry Milk Shake:
2 Ripe banana
1: 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 cup yugort
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup soy milk or fresh milk
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp Saffron
1/4 cup parshley / optional
Add all the engrdients in the blender and then serve

Classic maryflors macaroni fruit salad
5 cups of already cooked macoroni
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 tbsp Mayonaise
1 canned jackfruit chopped
1 big canned fruit cocktail mixed
1 tbsp dried saffron
Have all the engredients combined mix gently and refrigerate up to 3 hours , then serve with you family and friends.
